Blooming is a short experimental documentary set inside a flower exhibition — an enclosed hall where cut flowers are put on display and people come to look. They lean in close, study the blooms, photograph them, take selfies beside them. Along the edges stand guards, keeping the space safe by watching the visitors as closely as the visitors watch the flowers.
